Bridal Preparations at home
Jessica, and her bridesmaids all got ready for the wedding at Jessica and Scotts home in Hampshire. With bright airy rooms, a Mum who is a dab hand at French plaits and some left over tomato pasta for lunch, who could ask for anything more!
A Church Ceremony at Rotherwick Village Church
I had never been to this little church before. Tucked away down a little lane in Rotherwick, it makes the perfect setting for an English countryside wedding.
The Wedding Reception at Rotherwick Village Hall, Hampshire
After the church service, the bride, groom and all their guests, took a wander down the lane to Rotherwick Vallage Hall in Hook, Hampshire. Now, those who know me will know how much I love a village hall wedding, and this was no exception. Rotherwick Village Hall has to be one of the prettiest I have come across. With windows along two sides, and a pretty garden, with fields beyond, it is THE perfect place to hold a village hall wedding reception.
The hall was decked out in pretty bunting, white tablecloths and plenty of flowers, not to mention a pallet bar! Perfect.
We took some time out to take a few relaxed Bride and Groom Portraits, before it was time for dinner and speeches.
Once dinner was over, the guests all mucked in to help clear the hall and move the tables for the evening reception.
I think it’s safe to say, a great day was had by everyone!
